Grounded in current and past examples of success, this workshop will cover the strategies that advocates and elected officials can use to advance reproductive rights at the local level, including both legislative strategies (e.g. resolutions and ordinances), as well as community engagement within this process. This workshop will highlight why the advancement of reproductive rights on a local level is so important. Attendees will leave with a set of resources they can utilize to make change in their local community.
